Previously an underutilised resource in the fashion industry, retail tech is now offering personalised shopping experiences that suit the needs of a diversified pool of consumers.

OUR VIEW: Retailers know they must adapt or die on the vine. But for legacy businesses especially, this is easier said than done. These are new skill sets and in many cases entirely new business models. The answer is often to be found in the culture of the business, how nimble they are and their ability to attract a new (tech) talent category.
